Clinical Approach and Treatment Areas
My Approach
My work uses the therapeutic relationship as a tool in-and-of itself (Psychodynamic and Attachment based work) as an opportunity to repair relationship ruptures, disconnection, and unhelpful patterns of relating. My clients and I will often wander into the depths of learning more about inner experiences and non-judgmental self-study (Somatic and Mindfulness Based work). Finally, past experiences are cunning in their scope of impact on our current reactions, triggers, and present experiences which we can unpack, reprocess, and tend to (Trauma and EMDR work).
